For the last two years, I have been invited to a remarkable 4th of July party that has given me an incredible vista of New York City during the annual Macy’s Fourth of July fireworks.

Blue Fire over a Ghostly City was captured looking north across the Manhattan Bridge and is one of my all-time favorite fireworks photograph. Being able to line up the multiple barges and capture a sky full of fireworks is a remarkable spectacle and creates an artwork that I love.
