“Best Images of 2017 on The South Brooklyn Network: Africa Gowanus”
Africa Gowanus was part of Mark D Phillips “25 Years of Gowanus” photo project as the Superfund waterway in Brooklyn is finally seeing the beginnings of a major EPA cleanup.
